Why you Matter!
Mentors help build self-esteem, life skills, and improve educational outcomes for youth in our at-risk communities. Research on the effects of mentoring indicates that youth who have a mentor are far more likely to finish high school and go to college, maintain gainful employment and become positive productive members of society.
