Upcoming New Volunteer Information Sessions with Operation FrontlineLos Angeles

This email is for those of you that have expressed interest in volunteering for Operation Frontline Los Angeles. As we are fast approaching the second half of our winter trimester of classes, the time has come for the ever important Operation Frontline New Volunteer Information Session. All new volunteers are requested to attend a New Volunteer Info Session, during which you will learn more about the goal and mission of OFL on a national level, the current work and progress of our local program, and the various volunteer opportunities available. We have two info sessions scheduled for the next few weeks that will be taking place at our program office in Pasadena:

· Tuesday, February 2nd, 4-6pm

· Monday, February 8th, 1-3pm

From reviewing the availabilities that you indicated on your applications, we picked two times that seemed to be the most convenient, though everyone’s availabilities were understandably quite different. Please let me know which time you would like to attend. If you have not already sent me a completed volunteer application but would like to attend the information session to learn more about upcoming in-class opportunities and how you can get involved with Operation Frontline, please complete and return the attached application to me as soon as possible.

We really appreciate you taking the time for this OFL training! If you do not plan to be volunteering this winter and neither of these times work for you, another info session will be scheduled in preparation for our summer trimester in the coming months.
