4 PAID SUMMER INTERNSHIPS WITH THE USC OFFICE OF SUSTAINABILITY
We are offering 4 paid summer internships working with our office on the following general projects.
2 Green Office Program Liaisons
Green Office Program Liaisons help lead the USC Green Office Certification Program; serving as a critical link between the Office of Sustainability and dozens of USC departments. Liaisons are responsible for both administering and growing the program.
Skills Needed: A clear understanding of the Green Office Calculator, clear communication style, outgoing
1 Greenhouse Gas Emissions Technical Assistant
The technical assistant will provide project support to the Task Force that is compiling the USC greenhouse gas emissions inventory. The position will be fast-paced and requires both technical skills and attention to detail.
Skills Needed: Some experience calculating GHG emissions for stationary and mobile sources, clear communication, Microsoft Excel
1 Sustainability Publisher
The publisher will be responsible for helping to publish content on green.usc.edu and writing sections of reports (including the GHG emissions inventory) and grants this summer. Other possible projects include web media, interviews, and chart generation.
Skills Needed: Sustainability knowledge, Microsoft Word, Excel or Mac numbers, clear prose, Adobe photo shop, illustrator.
